摘要
矿用风机轮毂扭曲铝叶片由于产品结构较复杂、加工难度较大,在生产过程中质量往往较难保证,生产废品率较高;针对这一问题,利用数控加工精度与效率高的优势,结合扭曲铝叶片加工工艺的特点,从对扭曲铝叶片数控加工过程中坯料的处理、夹具和刀具的选用、装夹校正与数控编程、对刀与加工、质量检验等方面进行分析探讨,并对加工过程中出现的诸多不利因素提出了规避与控制的方法,经多次生产实践,最终使扭曲铝叶片的加工合格率大幅提升至98%,加工效率同时提升了20%,取得了良好的经济效益。
Due to the complex product structure and high processing difficulty,the twisted aluminum blades of mining fan wheels are often difficult to ensure quality in the production process,resulting in a high scrap rate;In response to this issue,utilizing the advantages of high precision and efficiency in CNC machining,combined with the characteristics of the twisted aluminum blade machining process,this paper analyzes and discusses the treatment of blanks,selection of fixtures and tools,clamping correction and CNC programming,tool and machining,quality inspection,and other aspects in the CNC machining process of twisted aluminum blades.Methods to avoid and control many adverse factors that occur during the machining process are proposed.After multiple production practices,the machining qualification rate of twisted aluminum blades is significantly increased to 98%,and the machining efficiency is also improved by 20%,achieving good economic benefits.
