永磁同步电机电流传感器交流法增益自学习

摘要 近年来电动汽车发展非常迅速,对于电机实出的电流、扭矩、抖动以及NVH性能的要求也越来越高。而采集到的电机三相电流的准确性将会对这些方面带来深远的影响。为了能够提高电机控制器采集到的电机的三相电流的准确性,需要研究控制器三相电流传感器的增益补偿、零漂等。利用下线台架的电流测量系统对电机控制器内的电流传感器进行增益自学习,从而使得电机的电流和扭矩更加稳定可靠。 In recent years,the development of electric vehicles has been very rapid,and the requirements for the actual current,torque,vibration,and NVH performance of the motor are also increasing.The accuracy of the collected three-phase current of the motor will have a profound impact on these aspects.In order to improve the accuracy of the three-phase current collected by the motor controller,it is necessary to study the gain compensation and zero drift of the three-phase current sensor in the controller.Do gain teach in process for current sensor of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)according EOL test bench measure system by AC method.So that the current and torque of PMSM will be more stable and reliable.
