应用技术型高校“双师型”教师评价标准与培养机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 “双师型”教师队伍建设是高水平应用技术型高校发展的重要支点。目前应用技术型高校尚未形成凸显自身特征的“双师型”教师的认定和评价标准,培养机制和支持保障体系还有待进一步完善。应用技术型高校“双师型”教师的认定和评价标准应明确体现“能解决企业实际技术问题”“成果转化能力”等要素,该文提出从师德师风、教育教学、工程实践、技术创新和成果转化五个维度开展评价,构建出适用于应用技术型高校“双师型”教师的核心素养评价和资格认定标准。并以上海应用技术大学为例,分析从开展产学研践习、建设“双师型”培养基地、开展技术服务和成果转化、指导学生双创活动和竞赛获奖等四个方面完善“双师型”教师的发展支持机制和培养路径,全面促进“双师型”师资队伍建设,助力学校事业发展。 The construction of double-qualified teachers faculty is a crucial pillar for the development of high-level applied technology universities.At present,there is lack of clear recognition and evaluation criteria for double-qualified teachers that highlight their own characteristics,and the training mechanism and support system still need to be further improved.The recognition and evaluation criteria for double-qualified teachers in applied technology universities should explicitly reflect elements such as ability to solve practical technical problems in enterprises and ability to transform achievements.This article proposes an evaluation framework that compasses five dimensions:professional ethics and conduct,education and teaching,engineering practice,technological innovation,and achievement transformation,which aims to establish core competency evaluation and qualification criteria applicable to doublequalified teachers in applied technology-oriented universities.Taking Shanghai Institute of Technology as an example,this article analyzes the development support mechanism and training pathways for double-qualified teachers from four aspects:conducting industry-academia-research internships,establishing double-qualified teachers training base,providing technical services and achievement transformation and guiding students in entrepreneurial activities and competition awards.It comprehensively promotes the construction of the double-qualifiedteachers faculty and contributes to the development of university.
