互联网技术对陪诊服务的优化路径研究

随着我国老龄化进程的加快,以及社会经济的快速发展,人们对健康的诉求日益提升。传统的医疗就诊方式过程繁琐、流程不清晰、耗时长和挂号难等问题难以满足人们的医疗需求。据此,通过SWOT模型对陪诊服务行业进行分析,并借助互联网技术设计出集诊前咨询、诊中陪护、诊后评价等服务功能为一体的陪诊小程序来满足人们对医疗就诊的诉求。并基于现有陪诊小程序所存在的不足和隐患,提出相关的优化路径,以期为患者提供更加规范、专业、全面的陪诊小程序,以满足公众多样化、个性化的就医需求。

With the acceleration of China's aging process and the rapid development of social economy,people's demands for health are increasing day by day.Traditional medical treatment methods have problems such as cumbersome process,unclear process,long time consuming,and difficult registration.Based on this,we will analyze the accompanying medical service industry through the SWOT model,and use Internet technology to design accompanying medical Mini Program that integrates service functions such as pre-diagnosis consultation,intra-diagnosis care,and post-diagnosis evaluation to meet people's demands for medical treatment.Based on the shortcomings and hidden dangers of existing accompanying Mini Program,relevant optimization paths are proposed in order to provide patients with more standardized,professional and comprehensive accompanying Mini Program to meet the diverse and personalized medical needs of the public.
