摘要
对公路裂缝修补工艺进行研究可发现,现有的技术较少涉及对公路半刚性基层裂缝的灌浆修补。比较各类道路修补用灌浆材料可知,水泥类灌浆材料环保高效,且价廉易得。该文提出一种快硬早强的水泥基灌浆材料,并辅以早强型减水剂和膨胀剂对其膨胀不稳定、收缩开裂等问题进行改善,其各项性能指标检测均满足灌浆要求。同时,对公路半刚性基层裂缝灌浆施工工艺和设备进行全面研究,优化钻孔压力灌浆技术,制定出最佳施工方案,供公路基层裂缝修补人员选用。
Research on the road crack repair technology shows that the existing technology rarely involves grouting repair of road semi-rigid base cracks.Comparing various grouting materials for road repair,we can see that cement grouting materials are environmentally friendly and efficient,and are cheap and easily available.In this paper,a cement-based grouting material with rapid hardening and early strength is proposed,which is supplemented by early strength water reducing agent and expansion agent to improve its expansion instability,shrinkage cracking and other problems.All performance indicators of the material meet the grouting requirements.At the same time,a comprehensive study was carried out on the construction technology and equipment of highway semi-rigid base crack grouting,optimized drilling pressure grouting technology,and formulated the best construction plan for highway base crack repair personnel.
