基于PHA理论的数据整合分析技术在油气输送管道环焊缝质量风险排查中的应用

摘要 为精准定位油气输送管道环焊缝质量隐患,有效地开展现场开挖复检和修复工作,管道建设期数据资料恢复和分析是排查前期最重要的工作内容。该文针对广东省管网公司管道环焊缝风险排查的工作实践,对管道不同时期的多源数据对齐、一致性复核、底片复评等工作过程进行分析和研究,总结在排查前期可结合预先危险性分析的管理理念通过数据整合分析技术提升油气管道排查的有效性,为后续的现场工作提供实施保障,进而提升排查工作效率和经济效益。 In order to accurately locate the hidden quality hazards of girth welds of oil and gas transmission pipelines and effectively carry out on-site excavation re-inspection and repair work,the recovery and analysis of data during the pipeline construction period is the most important work content in the early stage of investigation.Based on the work practice of pipeline girth weld risk investigation of Guangdong Province Pipeline Network Company,this paper analyzes and studies the working processes of multi-source data alignment,consistency review,and negative re-evaluation of pipelines in different periods.It is concluded that in the early stage of investigation,the management concept of pre-risk analysis can be combined to improve the effectiveness of oil and gas pipeline investigation through data integration analysis technology,providing implementation guarantee for subsequent on-site work,and thus improving the efficiency and economic benefits of the investigation work.
