摘要
[目的]采用CTCS2+ATO(中国列车控制系统2级+列车自动运行)系统,能够满足市域(郊)铁路与国家干线铁路、城际铁路实现跨线运营需求,但不能满足市域(郊)铁路公交化运营接发车间隔3 min的需求。提出在CTCS体系框架下,通过功能优化、资源细化和简化操作流程实现折返间隔小于3 min的目标,使CTCS2+ATO系统能够满足市域(郊)铁路公交化运营需求和与国铁线路互联互通的需求。[方法]在现有CTCS2+ATO系统站后折返技术方案基础上,打破传统以进路为基础的站内列车间隔防护方法,采用资源间隔防护,缩短进出折返牵出线时间;同时采用列车自动进入折返牵出线停稳后自动换端激活进入工作状态的方法,大幅减少换端时间。介绍了具体的技术方案,以及应用时序设计和应用场景。[结果及结论]所提出的折返方法适用于城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路等按照《市域(郊)铁路设计规范》和《城际铁路设计规范》要求设计的线路。采用所提出的折返方法,在确保安全的前提下,能够满足目前市域(郊)铁路公交化运营3 min发车间隔的运营需求,同时满足本线列车和国铁列车互联互通的运营需求;可缩小列车追踪间隔,提高列车折返效率,同时可防止列车在无人驾驶情况下进入非折返线。
[Objective]CTCS2+ATO(Chinese Train Control System Level 2+Automatic Train Operation)system can meet the requirements for cross-line operation between city(suburban)railway and national mainline and intercity railways.However,it cannot satisfy the demand for the 3-minute headway public transport operation in city(suburban)railway.By optimizing functionality,refining resource management,and simplifying operational processes,the goal of a turn-back interval of less than 3 min within the CTCS framework system is proposed,so as enabling the CTCS2+ATO system to meet the demands of city(suburban)railways in both public-transit operation and interoperability with national railway lines.[Method]Building on the post-station turn-back technology plan under existing CTCS2+ATO system,this approach breaks away from the traditional route-based interval protection method inside station by implementing resource-based interval protection to shorten the time required for entry and exit from the turn-back siding.Additionally,an automatic procedure is introduced where the train,upon reaching the turn-back siding,automatically switches ends and activates into operational status,significantly reducing the end-changing time.The implementation details of this specific technical plan are expounded,including its application sequence design and applicable scenarios.[Result&Conclusion]The proposed turn-back method is suitable for intercity and city(suburban)railways designed according to the standards outlined in the Code for Design of Suburban Railway and Code for Design of Intercity Railway.By adopting this method,it is possible to safely meet the operational demand for a 3-minute headway in city(suburban)railway public-transit operations while also ensuring interoperability between this line and the national trains.Train following intervals are reduced,turn-back efficiency is enhanced,and trains are prevented from inadvertently entering non-turnback tracks during unmanned operations.
