基于机器视觉的裂纹鸡蛋分拣系统研究进展

摘要 随着人们生活水平日益提高,对鸡蛋的质量要求更高。在生产过程中受磕碰产生裂纹的鸡蛋容易滋生细菌,影响鸡蛋品质,且影响其他正常鸡蛋的传输和存储,需要进行分拣。对于裂纹鸡蛋,传统的人工分拣耗时、耗力且工人在长时间工作下容易视觉疲劳,从而导致分拣稳定性差,难以满足大规模的高质量鸡蛋产品生产需求。声学检测则容易造成新的裂纹,也对设备有较高的要求。对于裂纹鸡蛋的无损裂纹检测及分拣,研究者提出基于机器视觉技术的实现方法。文章综述了基于机器视觉的裂纹鸡蛋分拣系统的构成及研究现状,探讨机器视觉的裂纹鸡蛋分拣系统在应用时面临的问题,并对该分拣技术未来的提升与拓展提出展望,为机器视觉技术在家禽产业甚至是在农业生产领域的应用提供参考。 With people′s living standards improving,the requirements for egg quality are higher.Eggs that develop cracks due to collisions during production,which are prone to bacterial growth,affecting egg quality.They also impact the handling and storage of normal eggs,requiring sorting and removal.Manual sorting of cracked eggs is time-and labor-consuming.Prolonged work causes visual fatigue of workers,leading to inconsistent sorting that cannot meet large-scale high-quality egg production demands.Acoustic detection methods can cause new cracks and require sophisticated equipment.For non-destructive crack detection and sorting of cracked eggs,researchers proposed an implementation method based on machine vision technology.This paper reviewed the composition and research progress of the machine vision-based cracked egg sorting system,the challenges faced by the machine vision-based cracked egg sorting system in practical applications were discussed and prospects for the future improvement and expansion of machine vision-based egg sorting technology were provided,which would provide references for the application of machine vision technology in the poultry industry and even in agricultural production.
