基于定修制理论的配电设备检修周期可靠性优化研究

摘要 针对配电设备传统故障性检修存在劳动强度大、维护成本较高、事故性停机影响产量等问题,研究了配电设备周期检修理论下的配电设备检修可靠性优化策略,通过对配电设备常见故障进行分类统计,建立了不同故障模式下的配电设备维护对策模型,并搭建了配电设备故障树模型,基于故障模型树和可靠性理论,优化了配电设备检修周期。在某配电网公司进行现场应用后表明,优化后的配电设备检修周期有效提高了110 kV配电设备的运维效率和检修质量,降低了维护成本,每年可节省巡检成本15万元左右,取得了满意的应用效果。 For the traditional power distribution equipment malfunction maintenance problems of labor intensity,high maintenance cost and accident shutdown affect output,this paper studies the optimization strategy of power distribution equipment maintenance under the theory of power distribution equipment cycle maintenance,establish the distribution equipment maintenance countermeasure model in different fault modes,and build the distribution equipment fault tree model,optimize the distribution equipment maintenance cycle based on the fault model tree and the reliability theory.After on-site application in a distribution network company,it was shown that the optimized maintenance cycle of distribution equipment effectively improved the operation and maintenance efficiency and maintenance quality of 110 kV distribution equipment,reduced the maintenance cost,and saved the inspection cost of about 150000 yuan per year,and achieved satisfactory application results.
