摘要
以SGZ1000/1050型刮板输送机为例,介绍一种永磁半直驱刮板输送机齿轮传动系统非线性动力学分析方法。该方法主要从正常运行条件与典型故障条件2个方面出发,计算分析齿轮的非线性动力学特性,以寻找出输送机齿轮的薄弱点,有利于永磁半直驱刮板输送机齿轮传动系统的优化设计,增强刮板输送机在实际应用中的工作效果,具有一定应用价值。
Taking SGZ1000/1050 type scraper conveyor as an example,a nonlinear dynamic analysis method for gear transmission system of permanent magnet semi-direct drive scraper conveyor is introduced.This method is mainly based on the normal operation conditions and typical fault conditions to calculate and analyze the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the gear,so as to find out the weak point of the conveyor gear,which is conducive to the optimal design of the gear transmission system of the permanent magnet semi-direct drive scraper conveyor and improve the working effect of the scraper conveyor in practical application.It is confirmed that this analysis method has certain application value.
