摘要
针对核电的复杂系统和复杂的传热流动多学科耦合过程,开发工艺系统系统集成分析设计平台,并完成核电系统一回路二回路中关键设备的热力分析、体积及质量计算。在系统的分析过程中加入敏感性分析和优化算法,优化设备的质量及尺寸,实现工艺系统尺寸小型化,从而提高装置的功率容积比。
In response to the complexity of nuclear power systems and the intricate multidisciplinary coupling processes involving heat transfer and fluid dynamics,a platform has been developed for integrated analysis and design of process systems within nuclear power plants.This platform has been employed to conduct thermal-hydraulic analysis of critical equipment in both the primary and secondary loops,as well as to calculate their volumes and weights.During the system analysis phase,sensitivity analysis and optimization algorithms have been incorporated to optimize the weight and dimensions of these components.This approach effectively realizes the downsizing of the process system,thereby enhancing the power density ratio of the facility.
