摘要
为进一步探究矿用液压支架可能的优化路径,以部分煤矿企业应用较多的ZY2800型矿用液压支架液压支架为研究对象,应用有限元分析方法对其进行建模分析,通过分析应力分布情况,明确当前该矿用液压支架在设计方面存在的待改进之处,并采取针对性措施,对该设备的顶梁、掩护梁和底座3个部位进行针对性的优化设计。从优化前后的对比分析结果来看,优化后的矿用液压支架在应力分布情况上显著改善,证明优化方案发挥了一定的作用。
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of the mining hydraulic support,this paper takes the ZY2800 type mining hydraulic support,which is widely used in some coal mining enterprises,as the research object,applies the finite element analysis method to model and analyze it.By analyzing the stress distribution,the existing areas to be improved in the design of the mining hydraulic support are clearly identified,and targeted measures are taken.The top beam,cover beam and base of the equipment are optimized.According to the comparative analysis results before and after optimization,the stress distribution of the optimized mine hydraulic support can be significantly improved,which proves that the optimization scheme plays a certain role.
