摘要
旨在通过仿真分析和结构优化研究,提高煤矿带式输送机托辊结构的性能和可靠性。首先,建立了托辊结构的有限元模型,并通过仿真分析研究了托辊结构的受力情况和变形特性(中间区域出现了显著的变形和应力集中现象)。其次,根据仿真结果,优化设计了托辊结构,改进了托辊的结构形式(主要是在中间对称位置设置1个腹盘结构),提升了托辊的承载能力。最后,将新的托辊结构应用到DTL120型带式输送机工程实践中,经过一段时间的现场应用,发现达到了预期效果,托辊结构的使用寿命延长30%以上。
Aim to improve the performance and reliability of the roller structure of coal mine belt conveyors through simulation analysis and structural optimization research.Firstly,a finite element model of the roller structure was established,and the stress and deformation characteristics of the roller structure were studied through simulation analysis(significant deformation and stress concentration phenomena were observed in the middle region).Secondly,based on the simulation results,the structure of the idler was optimized and the structural form of the idler was improved(mainly by setting a belly plate structure at a symmetrical position in the middle),which enhanced the load-bearing capacity of the idler.Finally,the new roller structure was applied to the practical application of the DTL120 belt conveyor project.After a period of on-site application,it was found that the expected effect was achieved,and the service life of the roller structure was extended by more than 30%.
