本研究旨在深入探讨装配式建筑材料及构件选型与性能评价的核心问题。通过对不同材料和构件性能进行全面、系统的评估与分析,并结合实际案例进行深入探讨,提出了一套科学可行的选型与评价方法。这些方法不仅可以为装配式建筑的设计与施工提供准确的科学依据,还能有效地推动该领域的持续发展,以期为实现建筑工程效率与环境友好性的双赢目标提供参考。
The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the core issues of the selection and performance evaluation of assembled building materials and components.Through a comprehensive and systematic evaluation and analysis of the performance of different materials and components,in combination with actual cases,a set of scientific and feasible selection and evaluation methods is proposed.These methods can not only provide an accurate scientific basis for the design and construction of assembled buildings,but also effectively promote the sustainable development of this field,so as to provide a reference for achieving the win-win goal of construction engineering efficiency and environmental friendliness.
