摘要
随着现代信息技术的迅速发展,各行业对计算机网络技术人才的要求越来越严格。在培养计算机人才时,高职院校应紧跟时代发展进程,主动与专业对口的企业建立长效合作关系,将产教融合育人理念根植于心,拓展校企合作深度,协同构建“双元”育人机制,为计算机网络技术人才培养工作“注入”生机及活力。在教书育人时,高职院校及教师应主动创新培养模式,形成柔性化的校企融通课程体系,积极设置模块课程,全面建设校企合作优质专业课程,促进资源共享,构建多元产教融合校企合作机制,加强顶层设计,完善校企融合人才培养保障体系,注重及时反思,建立健全“双元”育人教学评价体系,打造立体成熟的“双元”育人机制,确保计算机网络技术专业的学生能够接受专业系统的学校教育和企业教育。
With the rapid development of modern information technology,all walks of life have increasingly strict requirements for computer network technical talents.When cultivating computer talents,higher vocational colleges should keep up with the development process of The Times,take the initiative to establish long-term cooperative relations with professional counterpart enterprises,root in the concept of integrating production and education to educate people,enhance the depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and jointly build a“dual”education mechanism.For the computer network technical personnel training work“inject”vitality and vitality.When teaching and educating people,vocational colleges and teachers should take the initiative to innovate the training model,form a flexible school-enterprise integration curriculum system,actively set up module courses,comprehensively build high-quality professional courses for school-enterprise cooperation,promote resource sharing,build a diversified school-enterprise cooperation mechanism for integration of production and education,strengthen top-level design,improve the security system for campus integrated talent training,and pay attention to timely reflection.Establish and improve the“dual”educational evaluation system,build a three-dimensional and mature“dual”educational mechanism,and ensure that students majoring in computer network technology can receive professional and systematic school education and enterprise education。
