大数据、云计算等技术的发展促使企业持续进行数智化转型,但数智化人才的数量和质量远远不能满足企业需求。在此情况下,高职大数据技术专业担负着为社会、企业培养数智化人才的责任,具有良好的发展前景。文章分析了高职大数据技术专业的人才培养现状,提出并分析了“数智化引领、多元融合”的人才培养模式,旨在构建一条结合院校特色的可行人才培养路径,以助力高职大数据技术专业的人才培养建设。

The development of technologies such as big data and cloud computing has prompted enterprises to continue their digital transformation,but the quantity and quality of digital talents are far from meeting the needs of enterprises.In this situation,the big data technology major in vocational colleges bears the responsibility of cultivating intelligent talents for society and enterprises,and has good development prospects.The article analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in the field of big data technology in higher vocational education,proposes and analyzes a talent cultivation model of“digital intelligence leading and diversified integration”,aiming to construct a feasible talent cultivation path that combines the characteristics of colleges and universities to assist in the talent cultivation and construction of big data technology majors in higher vocational education.
