基于质子重离子治疗的二次排队叫号优化流程应用

摘要 目前,越来越多的肿瘤患者选择利用质子重离子方法进行治疗。然而,普通医院排队叫号流程不满足质子重离子医院签到二次排队的要求,如何妥善安排患者建档、等候二次呼叫并减少等待时间,以及优化患者建档登记流程,成为质子重离子医院亟须解决的问题。基于此,文章提出了一种流程优化方法,包括质子重离子建档、二次排队叫号、预约系统关联取号叫号、文员登记建档等。首先,文章介绍质子重离子建档、取号、排队叫号系统的设计和架构与全流程实现方式;其次,详细阐述了全流程排队的功能和流程,并对实际应用效果进行了评估。通过使用该方法,就医环境得到了显著改善,大幅缩短了候诊时间,减少了医生的工作量,提升了患者及医生的满意度。对医院信息化建设以及患者体验来说,这一结果具有重要意义。 At present,more and more tumor patients choose proton heavy ion method for treatment,but the queuing and calling process in general hospitals cannot meet the requirements of the second queuing for proton heavy ion hospital.How to properly arrange the patient file,wait for the second call,reduce the waiting time,and optimize the patient file registration process has become an urgent problem to be solved in Proton heavy ion hospital.Based on this,this paper puts forward a method to optimize the process:proton heavy ion file building,secondary queue number calling,and associated with the reservation system to obtain the number calling,the clerk to register the file.First of all,the design,architecture and the whole process implementation of the proton heavy ion file,number taking and queuing system are introduced.Secondly,the function and process of the whole process queue are described in detail,and the practical application effect is evaluated.By using this method,the medical environment has been significantly improved,the waiting time has been significantly shortened,the workload of doctors has been reduced,and the satisfaction of patients and doctors has been increased.This result is of great significance for hospital informatization construction and patient experience.
