摘要
目的:分析半仿生法提取-水蒸气蒸馏法提取蕲艾挥发油的主要化学成分,对蕲艾挥发油抑菌活性进行研究。方法:采用半仿生法提取-水蒸气蒸馏法提取蕲艾挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行鉴定,用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量。通过平板涂布法和二倍梯度液体稀释法考察蕲艾挥发油的抑菌效果。结果:蕲艾挥发油检测到52种化学成分,初步鉴定了20种化合物,占总挥发性成分的95.95%,其化学成分主要为蒿醇(55.49%)、3,3,6-三甲基-1,4-庚二烯-6-醇(15.37%)、桉油精(11.87%)和4-萜烯醇(3.50%)等,以醇类居多。蕲艾挥发油对金黄葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、沙门菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和白色念珠菌、黑曲霉、黄曲霉有显著的抑菌作用。结论:蕲艾挥发油主要由醇类组成,并具有较好的抑菌活性。
Objective:To analyze of the main chemical constituents of volatile oil from Artemisia argyi,and investigate the antibacterial activity of volatile oil.Methods:Semi-bionic extraction—steam distillation method was used to extract volatile oil from Artemisia argyi.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was app-lied for the identification of chemical constituents in volatile oil from Artemisia argyi and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by area normalization.The antibacterial effect of the volatile oil was investigated by the plate coating method and the double gradient liquid dilution method.Results:50 kinds of chemical components were detected in volatile oil from Artemisia argyi,and 20 kinds of compounds were identified,accounting for 95.95%of total volatile oil.The chemical constituents were mainly including artemisol(55.49),3,3,6-Trimethyl-1,4-heptadien-6-ol(15.37%),Eucalyptol(11.87%)and 4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-3-Cyclohexen-1-ol(3.50%),mostly composed of alcohols.The volatile oil from Artemisia argyi had significant antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,Candida albicans,Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus.Conclusion:The volatile oil from Artemisia argyi was mainly composed of alcohols and also has a good antibacterial activity.
