摘要
Since nearly 200 parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change reached the Paris Agreement at the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris in 2015,the parties have successively established goals to achieve carbon neutrality by the middle of the 21st century.Therefore,transforming from high-carbon-emitting fossil fuels to low-carbon or even zero-carbon-emitting renewable energy sources has become a crucial pathway for reducing carbon emissions and achieving carbon peak and neutrality.
