石化企业数据治理方法及应用

Methods and applications of data governance in petrochemical enterprises

数据治理是企业实现数据要素价值释放必经之路。文中提出石化企业数据治理总体框架,通过明确数据治理、数据运营等工作内容,建立体系运行所需的保障机制和工具支撑,形成数据治理长效机制。同时,提出石化企业数据治理“七步法”,并阐述了基于业务盘点与应用系统盘点上下相结合的数据资源盘点方法及应用实践,促进数据在企业内外部共享流通。文章以期对石化企业数据治理工作提供实践借鉴,推动石化行业产业升级,助力数字经济发展。

Data governance is the only way for enterprises to realize the value release of data elements.This paper proposes the overall framework for data governance in petrochemical enterprises,establishes the guarantee mechanism and tool support required for system operation by clarifying the work content of data governance and data operation,and forms a long-term mechanism for data governance.At the same time,the“seven-step method”for data governance in petrochemical enterprises is proposed,and the data resource inventory method and application practice based on the combination of business inventory and application system inventory are expounded,so as to promote the sharing and circulation of data inside and outside the enterprise.This paper aims to provide practical reference for data governance in petrochemical enterprises,promote the industrial upgrading of petrochemical industry,and assist in the development of digital economy.
