天疱疮是一组危及生命的慢性自身免疫性疱病。目前认为抗桥粒芯糖蛋白IgG抗体介导的体液免疫是天疱疮发病的主要机制,而最近的研究显示,T细胞各亚类在天疱疮的发病中也起到关键作用。

Pemphigus is a group of life-threatening chronic autoimmune blistering diseases.It is currently believed that the humoral immunity mediated by anti-desmoglein IgG antibodies is the primary mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of pemphigus.However,recent studies have indicated a critical role of various T cell subsets in the onset of pemphigus.
