阿尔茨海默病的文献计量学分析及中西医发病机制研究进展

Bibliometric Analysis of Alzheimer's Disease and Research Progress on Pathogenesis from Both Western and Chinese Medicine Perspectives

随着社会经济的发展、人民生活方式的变化,神经系统疾病尤其是阿尔茨海默病逐渐成为国内外专家和学者高度关注的热点。本文检索了来自Web of Science(WoS)中与“神经系统疾病”或“脑疾病”相关的2004—2023年全世界范围内的文献,采用bibliometrix软件对文献进行计量学分析,结果表明阿尔茨海默病为“最受欢迎研究主题”,其次,β淀粉样蛋白异常沉积是阿尔茨海默病主要病理特征之一,氧化应激和神经炎症在疾病病理过程中起重要作用。同时,我们检索了万方数据库2004—2023年的相关文献,采用NoteExpress等软件对检索到的文献进行可视化分析,结果表明,阿尔茨海默病得到了中医学者的广泛关注,发文量逐年递增。根据国内外文献检索的结果,我们对本病中西医发病机制进行了综述,希望更多的学者关注阿尔茨海默病并促进其相关研究,为其临床治疗提供科学依据。

Neurological diseases have always been a challenging clinical problem and a hot topic of high concern for experts and scholars both domestically and internationally.Currently,with the global population ag-ing,the number of elderly dementia patients is gradually increasing.Alzheimer's disease drawing significant at-tention from experts worldwide.Abnormal deposition ofβ-amyloid protein is one of its main pathological fea-tures,but its pathogenesis is extremely complex and remains unclear to this day.An increasing number of stud-ies have found a correlation between dysfunction of neural glial cells and abnormal deposition of beta-amyloid protein.Moreover,traditional Chinese medicine experts throughout history have different viewpoints on the path-ogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.This article quantitatively analyzes domestic and international literature using statistical and mathematical methods,aiming to explore the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease and the research progress on the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation according to indi-vidual differences.
