摘要
分析了酸性染料、中性染料的染色提升力、色牢度及上染速率曲线。结果表明:常规弱酸性染料红C-2RBL、黄C-3RL、蓝C-RL的优化用量为0.5%以下;耐缩绒型酸性染料红S-B、黄S-L、蓝S-R的优化用量为1.5%以下;伊索伦中性染料红NHF-S、黄NHF-S、蓝NHF-S的优化用量为2.0%以下;纽曲兰中性染料红M-B的优化用量为3.0%以下,黄S-2G、藏青M-BRX的优化用量为4.0%以下。为了保证染色的均匀性,常规弱酸性染料在60℃之前应缓慢升温;耐缩绒型酸性染料在70℃之前应缓慢升温;伊索伦中性染料和纽曲兰中性染料在70℃之前应缓慢升温;纽曲兰中性染料在80℃之前应缓慢升温。
The deep-dyeing properties,color fastness and dyeing rate curves of acid dyes and neutral dyes are analyzed.The results showed that the optimal dosage of conventional acid dyes,including red C-2RBL,yellow C-3RL and blue C-RL is less than 0.5%.The optimal dosage of shrinkage-resistant acid dyes,including red S-B,yellow S-L and blue S-R is less than 1.5%.The optimal dosage of Isolan neutral dyes,including red NHF-S,yellow NHF-S and blue NHF-S is less than 2.0%.The optimal dosage of Neutrilan neutral dyes,red M-B is below 3.0%,and yellow S-2G and navy M-BRX are less than 4.0%.To ensure the level-dyeing properties,the temperature of conventional acid dyes should be slowly increased before 60℃,the temperature of shrinkage-resistant acid dyes should be slowly increased before 70℃,the temperature of Isolan neutral dyes should be slowly increased before 70℃,and the Neutrilan neutral dyes should be slowly increased before 80℃.
