摘要
为了解决索罗娜混纺针织织物传统染色工艺耗水量大、工艺时间长、生产效率低的问题,改进了索罗娜混纺针织织物分散/活性染料染色工艺。新改进的工艺为:(1)135℃分散染料染色工序;(2)将温度降至98℃进行前处理工序,将温度降至95℃进行还原清洗工序,再进行3次55℃洗水与1次85℃酸中和工序,剩余的残液排出;(3)常温进水,60℃活性染料染色工序;(4)将活性染料染色剩余的残液排入食毛工序;(5)2次55℃洗水与1次60℃酸中和工序,1次85℃皂煮工序,55℃固色工序,最后进行55℃制软工序。新工艺缩短了传统分散/活性染料染色的工艺流程。结果表明,新改进分散/活性染料染色工艺制得的织物色牢度可以达到传统工艺的水平,同时降低能源消耗,减少生产成本。
To solve the problems of large water consumption,long process time and low production efficiency in the traditional dyeing process of Sorona blended knitted fabrics,the dispersed/reactive dyes dyeing process of Sorona blended knitted fabrics was improved.The new improved process is as follows:(1)135℃dispersed dyes dyeing process;(2)reduce the temperature to 98℃for pre-treatment process,reduce the temperature to 95℃for reduction washing process,and then perform 3 times of 55℃washing and one 85℃acid neutralization process,the remaining residual liquid is discharged;(3)room temperature water inlet,60℃reactive dyes dyeing process;(4)discharge the residual liquid from dyeing with reactive dyes into the hair feeding process;(5)two 55℃washing and one 60℃acid neutralization process,one 85℃soap boiling process,55℃color fixing process,and finally 55℃softening process.The new process shortened the process flow of traditional dispersed/reactive dyes dyeing.The results show that the color fastness of fabrics with the new improved dispersed/reactive dyes dyeing process can reach the level of traditional processes,while reducing energy consumption and production cost.
