植物检疫标准样品发展现状及建议

Development status of plant quarantine reference material and some suggestions

植物检疫标准样品,是根据实施和制定植物检疫文字标准的需要而研制的实物标准,植物检疫标准样品的研发已在杂草、昆虫、线虫、病毒、真菌、细菌、植物转基因成分等方面展开。本文介绍了植物检疫标准样品在植物检疫工作中的应用情况,对植物检疫标准样品目前在我国的发展现状进行描述,目前存在植物检疫标准样品基础薄弱,数量少,体系不完善,资金资源投入不足等问题;针对目前的困境,本文提出需加强植物检疫标准样品的研制效率与更新、建立健全标准样品管理体系、推动技术创新与研发等建议。

Plant quarantine reference material is physical standards developed according to the needs of implementing and formulating the written plant quarantine standards.The research and development of plant quarantine reference material has been carried out in weeds,insects,nematodes,viruses,fungi,bacteria,and transgenic plant components.This paper introduces the application of plant quarantine reference material in plant quarantine work,and describes the current development status of plant quarantine reference material in China.There are some problems such as weak foundation of plant quarantine reference material,small quantity,imperfect system and insufficient investment of capital resources.In view of the current predicament,this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening the development efficiency and updating of reference material,establishing and perfecting reference material management system,and promoting technological innovation and development.
