跨境旅游合作区旅游经济网络时空演化和协同发展模式——基于中国新疆-中亚五国的案例分析

Spatio-temporal evolution and synergistic development patterns of tourism economic networks in cross-border tourism cooperation zones--A case of Xinjiang,China-five Central Asian countries

跨境铁路建设促进跨境旅游合作区一体化建设和协同发展。以中国新疆与中亚五国34个重点城市构建跨境旅游合作区,基于2025、2035和2055年跨境铁路规划进程与建设进度,提出3种情景假设,运用成本加权距离等方法探究跨境旅游合作区旅游经济网络的格局演化与层级演进,建构区域旅游协同发展模式。结果表明:随着跨境铁路建设的逐步推进,边境城市的时间成本降低和空间非均衡性减弱,可达性空间结构呈现“圈层式→廊道式”演变规律。跨境旅游经济网络呈现“离散型→菱形状→多核心”演化路径。结合跨境铁路建设进程、沿途文旅资源本底与铁路发展规划,建构“点-线-面”系统结合的跨境旅游合作区协同发展模式。

The construction of cross-border railways promotes the integrated development and collaborative growth of cross-border tourism cooperation zones.In the context of constructing a cross-border tourism cooperation zone involving 34 cities across China′s Xinjiang region and the five Central Asian countries,three scenario assumptions are proposed based on the planned progress and construction paces of cross-border railways by 2025,2035,and 2055.Cost weighted distance and other methods are used to explore the spatial and hierarchical evolution of the tourism economic network in cross-border tourism cooperation zones and to construct a regional tourism collaborative development model.The results indicate that with the gradual advancement of cross-border railway construction,the time costs and spatial imbalances in border cities have been reduced,and the spatial structure of accessibility has evolved from a"layered"to a"corridor-based"pattern.The cross-border tourism economic network has evolved from a"dispersed"to a"diamond-shaped"and then to a"multi-core"configuration.Combining the process of cross-border railway construction,the background of cultural and tourism resources along the way,and the railway development plan,a synergetic development model for cross-border tourism cooperation zones that combines the"point-line-surface"system is constructed.
