PVB搪瓷反应釜内壁自动清洗系统的设计

摘要 为了解决PVB生产过程中搪瓷反应釜内壁残余PVB的自动清洗问题,应用机器人技术、自动清洗技术、自动检测技术,分别从机械执行系统、检测系统、防碰撞系统、控制系统、安全防护系统5个方面着手,设计了一套反应釜内壁自动清洗系统.该系统可以实现锥体管清洗喷头360°径向循环自转,配合高压水射流的方式对反应釜内壁进行全方位清洗,并通过搭载的高清相机实时检测清洗是否完全,降低了人工操作强度,改善了工作环境,提升了操作人员安全性的预期效果. In order to solve the problem of automatic cleaning of residual PVB on the inner wall of enamelled reactor in the PVB production process,applying robot technology,automatic cleaning technology and automatic detection technology,a set of automatic cleaning system for the inner wall of the reactor was designed from five aspects,namely,mechanical execution system,inspection system,anti-collision system,control system and safety protection system.The system can achieve 360°radial rotation of the cone tube cleaning nozzle,with high-pressure water jets for all-round cleaning of the reactor′s inner wall,and through the high-definition camera to get a real-time detection of whether the cleaning is completed,which reduces the intensity of manual operation,improves the working environment and enhances the expected safety of operators.
