摘要
用铁尾矿制备建筑材料是其重要的资源化利用渠道之一。以某地区磁化焙烧铁尾矿为研究对象,采用作为混合材制备水泥的方式进行资源化利用,设计试验研究了机械粉磨、热活化两种处理方式对提高磁化焙烧铁尾矿活性的作用,考察了不同掺量磁化焙烧铁尾矿对水泥关键理化性能指标的影响,探索最大允许掺配比例。结果表明:掺加磁化焙烧铁尾矿后,所制备水泥的28d抗压强度随着掺量增加而明显下降。经机械粉磨至比表面积达到679.4 m^(2)/kg并630℃热活化1h后的铁尾矿强度活性指数达65%。采用经处理的磁化焙烧铁尾矿样品作为混合材制备了水泥,在水泥的凝结时间和强度符合GB 175-2023《通用硅酸盐水泥》中规定要求的前提下,最高尾矿掺量可达40%。
The preparation of building materials is one of the important resource utilization channels for iron tailing.The magnetized roasted iron tailing from a certain area is taken as the research object and is utilized as cement mixture.The effects of mechanical grinding and thermal activation on improving the activity of magnetized roasted iron tailing are researched.The influences of different dosages of magnetized roasted iron tailing on the important physical and chemical properties of cement are investigated,and the maximum dosage is explored.The results show that,the 28d compressive strength of the prepared cement decreases significantly with the increase of the dosage of magnetized roasted iron tailing.The strength activity index of the magnetized roasted iron tailing is 65%after it’s mechanically ground to a specific surface area of 679.4 m^(2)/kg and thermal activated at 630℃for 1h.The treated magnetized roasted iron tailings samples are used as mixing materials to prepare cement with a maximum tailings dosage of 40%while the setting time and strength of the cement meet the requirements specified in GB 175-2023“Common Portland Cement”.
