低温废气余热处理钢铁工业生产过程污水的实验探究

摘要 为了提升钢铁工业生产过程污水的处理效果,以某钢铁厂为例,介绍一种基于低温废气处理的减压蒸馏法,并通过实验分析的方式,从焦化工艺、炼铁工艺、炼钢工艺及轧钢工艺4个方面,验证了该污水处理方法的应用效果。实验分析发现,该钢铁厂每年污水生产总量为22373040 m^(3),而实际排放量为20130440 m^(3),污水处理量约为2242600 m^(3),处理效率达到了10.02%,有利于污水的后续处理与使用,因而可将减压蒸馏法大规模推广。 In order to improve the treatment effect of wastewater in the steel industry production process,taking a certain steel plant as an example,this paper introduces a vacuum distillation method based on low-temperature exhaust gas treatment.Through experimental analysis,the application effect of this wastewater treatment method is verified from four aspects:coking process,ironmaking process,steelmaking process,and steel rolling process.Experimental analysis found that the total annual sewage production of the steel plant is 22373040 m^(3),while the actual discharge is 20130440 m^(3).The sewage treatment capacity is about 2242600 m^(3),and the treatment efficiency reaches 10.02%,which is conducive to the subsequent treatment and use of sewage.Therefore,the vacuum distillation method can be widely promoted.
