煤矿巷道顶板支护力学研究

摘要 为解决顶煤巷道锚索支护设计困难的问题,以李雅庄煤矿2-618工作面为背景,基于Hoek-Brown准则中的强度参数建立了锚索支护下的含顶煤巷道破坏模型,并通过研究发现锚索间距对支护力的影响较大,在煤层厚度一定的前提下,随着间距的降低,所需支护力会大幅减小,且在所有影响锚索支护力大小的因素中以覆岩压力最为显著。通过2-618工作面实际监测结果验证了根据模型所设计的支护方案具有较好的效果,能够满足支护设计需要和保证实际巷道的稳定性。 In order to solve the problem of difficult design of anchor cable support for top coal roadway,based on the strength parameters in Hoek-Brown criterion,the failure model of top coal roadway under anchor cable support was established based on the working face 2-618 of Li Yazhuang coal mine,and it was found that the anchor cable spacing had a greater influence on the supporting force,and under the premise of a certain thickness of the coal seam,the required supporting force would be greatly reduced with the decrease of the spacing,and the overlying pressure was the most significant among all the factors affecting the size of the anchor cable support force.Through the actual monitoring results of 2-618 working face,it is verified that the support scheme designed according to the model has good results,which can meet the needs of support design and ensure the stability of the actual roadway.
