摘要
对渗透率低、瓦斯含量高的松软煤层进行瓦斯防突治理,采用水压冲孔技术改善煤质并进行效果监测。从监测结果来看,水压冲孔后各钻孔瓦斯含量逐渐降低、应力保持稳定,同时最大瓦斯含量由23.9 m^(3)/t下降至5.525 m^(3)/t,防突效果显著;采用注浆技术对片帮煤体进行加固,配置合理配比的注浆材料进行加固,从现场实拍图来看,注浆后煤体起到良好黏结作用,注浆加固效果较好。
Gas outburst prevention treatment is carried out on soft coal seams with low permeability and high gas content.Water pressure punching technology is used to improve coal quality and monitor its effectiveness.From the monitoring results,it can be seen that the gas content in each borehole gradually decreased and the stress remained stable after hydraulic punching.At the same time,the maximum gas content decreased from 23.9 m^(3)/t to 5.525 m^(3)/t,and the anti outburst effect was significant.The grouting technology is used to reinforce the coal seam with a reasonable ratio of grouting materials.From the on-site photos,it can be seen that the coal seam has a good bonding effect after grouting,and the grouting reinforcement effect is good.
