摘要
为了解决孤岛工作面回采巷道稳定性差、围岩破坏严重等问题,利用数值模拟软件对巷道掘进、回采过程中巷道围岩受力及变形进行分析,发现掘进过程中巷道周围应力较小,但巷道左帮应力较大,需要利用锚杆、锚索对巷道左帮进行补强支护。同时对回采过程中巷道垂直水平应力、位移变形进行分析,给出了巷道两帮的支护薄弱点,为后续支护方案设计及孤岛工作面高效、安全开采提供一定的理论依据。
In order to solve the problems of poor stability and severe rock damage in the mining roadway of isolated working faces,numerical simulation software was used to analyze the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock during the excavation and mining process of the roadway.It was found that the stress around the roadway was relatively small during the excavation process,but the stress on the left side of the roadway was large.Anchor rods and cables need to be used to reinforce and support the left side of the roadway.At the same time,the vertical and horizontal stress,displacement and deformation of the roadway during the mining process were analyzed,and the weak points of the support on both sides of the roadway were identified,providing a theoretical basis for the design of subsequent support schemes and efficient and safe mining of isolated working faces.
