基于低碱度精炼渣的Q390C钢水洁净度控制实践

摘要 针对低合金高强度中厚钢板Q390C钢在低碱度精炼渣下钢水洁净度进行了研究,结果表明,渣系组分w(CaO)=43%~48%、w(SiO_(2))为12%~15%、w(Al_(2)O_(3))为23%~27%、w(MgO)为3%~7%、碱度(CaO与SiO2质量比)为3~4时,渣系完全处于液相区,钢中w[S]≤0.008%,w(T.[O])≤0.0025%,BT类、Ds类夹杂物级别降低,钢水洁净度满足指标要求。 A study was conducted on the cleanliness of molten steel under low alkalinity refining slag for Q390C steel plate.The results showed that the slag system component w(CaO)=43%~48%;w(SiO_(2))=12%~15%;w(Al_(2)O_(3))=23%~27%;w(MgO)is 3%~7%.When alkalinity(CaO/SiO_(2))is 3~4,the slag is completely in the liquid phase,and w[S]≤0.008%,w(T.[O])≤0.0025%,the level of BT and Ds inclusions is reduced,and the cleanliness of the molten steel meets the requirements.
