预造渣对LF炉精炼工艺影响研究

摘要 高效化生产条件下,LF炉是改善整体生产流程的关键,LF炉如何快速造白渣脱硫是限制环节。转炉出钢过程中采用预造渣工艺,实现了钢水深度脱氧,顶渣转化成还原渣,提前脱硫,减轻了LF炉脱硫任务,优化了LF炉造白渣工艺,实现了快速稳定造白渣。该工艺能提高LF炉生产效率,是实现高效化生产、节能降耗、低碳环保的有效途径。 Under the condition of high efficiency production,LF furnace is the key to improve the overall production process,and how to quickly make white slag desulfurization in LF furnace is the limiting link.In the process of converter steelmaking,pre-slag process can achieve deep deoxidation of molten steel,top slag into reduction slag,advance desulfurization,reduce the desulfurization task of LF furnace,optimize the white slag making process of LF furnace quickly and stably,which can improve the production efficiency of LF furnace.It is an effective way to achieve efficient production,energy saving,low carbon and environmental protection.
