摘要
本文以甘肃省为研究区域,探讨了卫星遥感技术在森林草原火灾监测与预警方面的应用。首先,分析了卫星遥感技术在甘肃省森林草原火灾监测与预警中的优势,如覆盖面积大、时效性高、连续性强、不受地形气候限制、能够提供多源多波段多时相的数据等。其次,分析了当前甘肃省森林草原火灾监测与预警存在的问题构建,基于存在的问题,阐述了基于卫星遥感技术的甘肃省森林草原火灾监测与预警体系,包括数据获取与处理、火险评估与预警、火情监测与预测、火灾评估与恢复等四个部分,并介绍了各部分的技术方法和流程。最后,列举了现阶段基于卫星遥感技术预警监测森林草原火灾实例。
This article takes Gansu Province as the research area and explores the application of satellite remote sensing technology in forest and grassland fire monitoring and early warning.First,it analyzes the advantages of satellite remote sensing technology in forest and grassland fire monitoring and early warning in Gansu Province,such as large coverage area,high timeliness,strong continuity,not limited by terrain and climate,and able to provide multi-source,multi-band,and multi-temporal data.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current problems of forest and grassland fire monitoring and early warning in Gansu Province,and based on the existing problems,it expounds the forest and grassland fire monitoring and early warning system based on satellite remote sensing technology,including data acquisition and processing,fire risk assessment and early warning,fire situation monitoring and prediction,fire assessment and recovery,etc.,and introduces the technical methods and processes of each part.Finally,it lists some examples of forest and grassland fire early warning and monitoring based on satellite remote sensing technology in other provinces.
