摘要
由于现行教学模式在工程造价专业实践教学中效果不佳,因此,该文提出了基于BIM技术的工程造价专业实践教学模式。该研究将论述将BIM技术引入工程造价专业实践教学的优势,应用BIM技术构建工程造价专业实践教学模式,利用CDD相机对工程造价专业实践教学场景点云数据获取,使用BIM技术对点云数据进行处理和拼接,构建虚拟3D场景以支持工程造价专业实践教学和利用虚拟场景开展实践教学。经实验证明,应用设计模型后学生学习成绩得到了显著的提升。
Because the current teaching mode is not effective in the practical teaching of engineering cost major,this paper puts forward the practical teaching mode of engineering cost major based on BIM technology.This paper will discuss the advantages of BIM technology into engineering cost professional practice teaching,using BIM technology to build engineering cost professional practice teaching mode,using the CDD camera for engineering cost professional practice teaching field spot cloud data acquisition,using BIM technology for point cloud data processing and splicing,build virtual 3D scene to support the engineering cost professional practice teaching,using virtual scene to carry out the practice teaching.The experiment has proved that the students’academic performance has been significantly improved after the application of the design model.
