摘要
本文从兴安盟牛肉产业现状出发,通过对牛肉产地环境、品种、繁育、饲养管理、疫病防控与治疗、屠宰加工、产品质量与检测、包装储藏运输、追溯全产业链环节的把控,分析出兴安盟牛肉的特色、肉牛发展存在的问题等,详细论述标准体系建设思路和建设内容,为促进兴安盟地区提升产品和服务竞争力、激发市场活力、推进经济提质增效升级提供了及时可靠的技术保障,提升了兴安盟牛肉综合附加值。
Starting from the current situation of the beef industry in Xing’an League,this article analyzes the characteristics of Xing’an League beef and the problems in its development through the control of the beef production environment,variety,breeding,feeding management,disease prevention and treatment,slaughter and processing,product quality and testing,packaging,storage and transportation,and tracing each link in the entire industry chain.It elaborates on the ideas and contents of standards system construction,providing timely and reliable technical support for promoting the improvement of product and service competitiveness,stimulating market vitality,and promoting economic quality and efficiency upgrading in Xing’an League beef,and enhancing the comprehensive added value of Xing’an League beef.
