摘要
本文按照国家标准、行业标准、地方标准构建了数字化标准化能源管理系统,通过统计各种能源的使用情况、各车间的用能情况、用电质量、锅炉耗煤量及蒸汽产出量等,规范企业员工和设备的用能行为,提高用能效率,降低企业用能成本。并且通过分析,预测能源数据,进而优化生产计划和调度,节省能源采购成本,挖掘节能潜力。
This paper,in accordance with the national standards,sectoral standards,local standards,builds the digital standardized energy management system,and makes statistics of various energy usage,and the energy usage of each workshop,plant power quality management,boiler coal consumption,steam output,to regulate the behavior of enterprise staff,improve energy efficiency,and reduce enterprise energy cost.Through analysis,it predicts the energy data,so as to optimize production planning and scheduling to save energy procurement costs and tap the energy saving potential.
