摘要
2024年1月1日开始实施的国家标准GB/T 25334.1—2023《铁路机车车体第1部分:内燃机车》规定了铁路内燃机车车体的环境条件、车体组成、技术要求、试验方法、型式检验、标志、运输和储存,适用于标准规矩为1435 mm,以内燃机为动力的电力传动、液力传动的新造内燃机车车体。本文通过对比分析的方法,从技术要求、试验方法等方面对其与GB/T 25334.1—2010《铁道机车车体技术条件第1部分:内燃机车》的技术差异进行分析,使得内燃机车车体的设计人员、制造企业以及相关从业人员可以更好地理解新标准,增强新标准的宣贯效果。
The national standard GB/T 25334.1-2023,Railway locomotive carbody—Part 1:Diesel locomotive,which is implemented on January 1,2024,stipulates the environmental conditions,carbody composition,technical requirements,test methods,type inspection,marking,transportation and storage of railway diesel locomotive carbody,and applies to the standard rules of 1435 mm.A new diesel locomotive carbody with electric transmission and hydraulic transmission powered by internal combustion engine.Through comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the technical differences between it and GB/T 25334.1-2010,Technical specification for railway locomotive car body—Part 1:Diesel locomotive car body,in the aspects of technical requirements and test methods,so that the designers,manufacturers and related practitioners of diesel locomotive carbody can better understand the new standard,which makes the new standard more effective.
