近年来随着检定、校准市场逐渐放开,竞争已不可避免。由于县级法定计量检定机构存在基础设施薄弱、管理体制僵化、机构运行不灵活等因素,其现状还存在许多不足之处。因此,随着市场监督技术机构改革的不断深入,作为我国计量技术机构中的弱势群体,县级法定计量检定机构必将面临着适者生存的严峻考验。为此,机构需要不断加强内部管理、提升技术能力、提高服务质量等方面的工作,立足当下,稳住脚跟,以适应市场需求和外部环境的变化。本文就县级法定计量机构的运行管理和发展问题展开论述,供同行们参考。

In recent years,with the gradual opening of the calibration and calibration market,competition is inevitable.Due to the weak infrastructure,rigid management system and inflexible operation mechanism,there are still many deficiencies in the current situation of county-level legal metrological verification institutions.Therefore,with the deepening of the reform of market regulation institutions,as a vulnerable group in our metrology technical institutions,county-level statutory metrology verification institutions will face a severe test of survival of the fittest.To this end,organizations need to continue to strengthen internal management,enhance technical capacity,improve the quality of services and other aspects of the work,based on the current stable footing to adapt to market demands and external environment changes.This paper discusses the operation,management and development of the county-level legal metrology institutions for reference of colleagues.
