摘要
本文采用《水质氨氮的测定气相分子吸收光谱法》(HJ 195—2023)进行方法验证研究,验证内容主要包括标准曲线、方法检出限和测定下限、精密度、准确度等方面,分析以上测定结果表明,标准曲线相关系数r>0.999,检出限为0.01 mg/L,测定下限为0.02 mg/L,有证标准物质测试结果均在合格范围内,加标回收率在97.0%~105.8%之间,所有性能指标验证结果均满足标准方法的各项要求,本实验室具备开展气相分子吸收光谱法测定水中氨氮的检测能力。
In this paper,HJ 195-2023,Water quality—Determination of ammonia nitrogen by gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry,is used for the study of validating the method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by gas molecular absorption spectrometry.The verification content mainly includes linearity calibration curve,method detection limit,lower limit of determination,precision,accuracy and other aspects.The results show that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve is r>0.999,the method detection limit is 0.01 mg/L,the lower limit of determination is 0.02 mg/L,the results of certified reference materials are all within the qualified range,and the add standard recovery is 97.0%~105.8%.The validation results of all performance indicators meet the requirements of the standard,which means the laboratory has the ability to determine ammonia nitrogen in water by gas molecular absorption spectrometry.
