高校工商管理类人才培养方式与就业渠道标准化研究

摘要 市场经济快速发展,社会对工商管理人才需求逐渐扩大,同时,为更好地应对市场经济产业结构升级,社会对工商管理专业提出应用型人才培养要求。构建以就业为导向的人才培养模式,成为高校工商管理教育专业可持续化发展的有效举措。本文围绕构建就业导向的人才培养模式进行了着重论述,提出工商管理类人才培养方式和就业渠道标准化策略,旨在通过优化人才培养模式,实施标准化就业渠道方案,提升高校工商管理专业人才培育效果,增强学生就业综合实践能力,从而较好地推动学生稳定就业和高效就业。 With the rapid development of the market economy,the social demand for business administration talents is gradually expanding.At the same time,in order to better cope with the upgrading of the industrial structure of the market economy,the society puts forward requirements for the training of applied talents for business administration.The construction of employment-oriented personnel training model has become an effective measure for the sustainable development of business administration education in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the construction of employment-oriented talent training mode,and proposes the training mode of business administration talents and the standardization strategy of employment channels,aiming to improve the cultivation effect of talents in business administration major in colleges and universities and enhance the comprehensive practical ability of students in employment by optimizing the training mode of talents and implementing standardized employment channel programs,thus better promoting stable and efficient employment.
