健康信念结合标准化饮食护理在2型糖尿病肥胖患者中的应用

Health Beliefs Combined with Standardized Dietary Nursing in Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:分析在2型糖尿病肥胖患者中,健康信念结合标准化饮食护理的应用效果。方法:在东南大学附属中大医院2型糖尿病肥胖患者中,选择2023年7月至2024年5月就诊并接受治疗的2型糖尿病肥胖患者108例,按照随机数字排序法,将所选患者进行1至108的排序,并将1至54号患者作为对照组研究对象,在治疗的同时,接受常规健康教育和标准化饮食护理;将55号至108号患者作为观察组研究对象,对比两组患者的血糖水平、健康认知水平等指标。结果:对比发现,观察组患者的血糖水平优于对照组患者,对健康的认知水平高于对照组,观察组患者的治疗依从性也高于对照组患者,差异均明显,有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病肥胖患者的治疗过程中,健康信念结合标准化饮食护理具有重要意义,可以有效改善患者的血糖水平,提高患者的健康认知水平和治疗依从性,有极高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of health beliefs combined with standardized diet nursing in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:Among the obese patients with type 2 diabetes in Zhongda Hospital Southeast University,108 obese patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment from July 2023 to May 2024 were selected.The selected patients were ranked from 1 to 108 according to the random number ordering method,and patients from number 1 to 54 were selected as the control group with routine health education and standardized diet nursing.Patients from number 55 to 108 were selected as the observation group.The blood sugar level,health cognition level and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison showed that the blood sugar level of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the cognition level of health in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes,health belief combined with standardized diet nursing is of great significance,which can effectively improve the blood sugar level of patients,improve the health cognition level and treatment compliance of patients,and has high application value.
