标准化优质护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Standardized High-quality Nursing in Patients Undergoing Breast Cancer Surgery

目的:研究标准化优质护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:于嘉定中医医院2022年3月至2024年3月收治的乳腺癌手术患者中随机抽取60例,分为对照组(30例,常规护理)和研究组(30例,标准化优质护理),对比两组心理状况、睡眠质量和生活质量水平,满意度。结果:两组心理状况、睡眠质量和生活质量变化对比,研究组心理状况、睡眠质量和生活质量更好(P﹤0.05);两组满意度情况比较,研究组护理满意度更高(P﹤0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌手术患者应用标准化优质护理后,可改善其心理状况、睡眠质量,提升患者生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized high-quality nursing in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.Methods:60 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and the study group(30 cases,standardized high-quality nursing).The psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The psychological status,sleep quality and life quality of the two groups were compared,and the psychological status,sleep quality and life quality of the study group were better(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized high-quality nursing for patients with breast cancer surgery can improve their psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
