以“互联网+现代农业”为牵引的数字乡村建设研究——以张家口市为例

Research on Digital Rural Construction Driven by"Internet plus Modern Agriculture"--With Zhangjiakou City as an Exemplar

“互联网+现代农业”是农业现代化发展的新动力,而建设数字乡村是农业现代化的必然要求,是实现农民美好生活的必然要求,是提升乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。该文在认真梳理“互联网+现代农业”内涵及推进意义的基础上,对张家口在智慧农业示范、数字基础设施、智慧农业本地标准和农村电商4方面的建设现状进行分析,挖掘出张家口数字乡村建设过程中存在的几方面突出问题,研究得出张家口如何进一步以“互联网+现代农业”为牵引,建设数字乡村,赋能乡村振兴。

"Internet plus Modern Agriculture"is the new power of agricultural modernization,and the construction of Digital Village is the necessary requirement of agricultural modernization,fulfillment of farmers'better life,and improving the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.On the basis of summarizing the Connotation and promotion significance of"Internet plus Modern Agriculture"carefully,this paper analyzes the construction status of Zhangjiakou's demonstration of smart agriculture,digital infrastructure,local standards of smart agriculture and rural e-commerce,digs out several outstanding problems in the construction process of Zhangjiakou digital village,and studies how Zhangjiakou can further take"Internet plus Modern Agriculture"as the traction to build digital village and empower rural revitalization.
