摘要
基于乡村振兴战略背景,围绕立德树人根本任务,紧扣实践育人内在要求,建立“四新四化”实践育人体系,通过打造校地融合“新平台”,构建人才培养“新模式”,增添乡村振兴“新血液”,搭建三全育人“新阵地”,实现对青年学生的思想引领常态化、人才培养专业化、服务乡村振兴多元化、推动协同育人机制化,教育引导青年学子在广阔的农村基层沃土中受教育、长才干,为乡村振兴贡献出自己的力量。
Based on the strategic background of rural revitalization,focusing on the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity,closely following the inherent requirements of practical education,and establishing a"four innovations and four transformations"practical education system.By creating a"new platform"for integrating schools and localities,and building a"new model"for talent training,adding"new blood"for rural revitalization,building a"new position"for three-all education,realizing the normalization of ideological guidance for young students,professionalizing talent training,serving the diversification of rural revitalization,and promoting the institutionalization of collaborative education.Education guides young students to receive education and grow their talents in the vast fertile soil of rural primary-level,and contribute their own strength to rural revitalization.
