手术室全方位舒适护理对人工髋关节置换术老年患者的效果及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Comfort Nursing in Operating Room on the Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients Undergoing Artificial Hip Replacement

目的:分析手术室全方位舒适护理对人工髋关节置换术老年患者的效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月福建中医药大学附属宁德市中医院收治的人工髋关节置换术老年患者74例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用手术室全方位舒适护理,比较2组护理效果,评估2组睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:2组患者护理后PSQI各项评分较本组护理前均降低,且观察组护理后PSQI各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理期间并发症发生率8.11%(3/37),对照组为27.03%(10/37),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意度各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用手术室全方位舒适护理人工髋关节置换术老年患者对提高患者手术期间的舒适度具有显著效果,且可以提升睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application value of comprehensive comfort nursing in the operating room for elderly patients undergoing artificial hip replacement.Methods:A total of 74 elderly patients with artificial hip replacement admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive comfort nursing in the operating room.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared,and the sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI),complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results:PSQI scores after nursing in 2 groups were lower than before nursing in this group,and PSQI scores after nursing in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 8.11%(3/37)in the observation group and 27.03%(10/37)in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing service satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive comfort nursing in the operating room can improve the comfort of the elderly patients during the operation,improve the quality of sleep and reduce the incidence of complications.
