渐进式引导护理的高级共情护理对双相情感障碍合并高血压患者的改善效果及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Advanced Empathic Care with Progressive Guided Care on Sleep Quality in Patients with Bipolar Disorder and Hypertension

目的:探讨渐进式引导护理的高级共情护理对双相情感障碍并高血压患者的改善效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2022年8月福建省泉州市第三医院精神科收治的双相情感障碍并高血压患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施渐进式引导护理的高级共情护理,比较2组患者睡眠质量、杨氏躁狂评定量表(YMRS)评分、认知功能及躁狂症状、社会功能。结果:护理后,2组患者睡眠质量、YMRS评分、认知功能及躁狂症状、社会功能与本组护理前比较均有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对双相情感障碍并高血压患者实施渐进式引导护理的高级共情护理,可提升患者的睡眠质量,改善认知功能及躁狂症状,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of advanced empathy nursing with progressive guided nursing on improving sleep quality in patients with bipolar disorder and hypertension.Methods:A total of 84 patients with bipolar disorder and hypertension admitted to the Department of Psychiatry in Quanzhou Third Hospital of Fujian Province from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received advanced empathy nursing with progressive guided nursing.Sleep quality,Young Mania Rating Scale(YMRS)score,cognitive function,mania symptoms,and social function were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the sleep quality,YMRS score,cognitive function,mania symptoms and social function of patients in 2 groups were improved compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Advanced empathic nursing with progressive guided care for patients with bipolar disorder and hypertension can improve the sleep quality,cognitive function and manic symptoms of patients,and is worth promoting.
