人文护理关怀对肾结石手术患者术后睡眠及疼痛程度的影响

Effect of Humanistic Nursing Care on Sleep Qualityand Pain Degree of Patients Undergoing Nephrolithiasis Surgery

目的:探究人文护理关怀对肾结石手术患者术后睡眠及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年8月福建省厦门市第三医院泌尿外科肾结石手术患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人文护理关怀,比较2组患者术后康复时间、睡眠质量、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果:观察组术后肛门排气时间、排便时间、下床时间及住院时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。护理前观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各维度评分均与对照组相近(P>0.05);护理后观察组PSQI各维度评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。术前观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分与对照组相近(P>0.05);术后6、12、24 h观察组疼痛VAS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肾结石手术患者实施人文关怀护理干预,可缩短术后康复时间,改善术后睡眠质量,降低术后疼痛程度,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing care on postoperative sleep quality and pain degree of patients with nephrolithiasis surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients with nephrolithiasis surgery in the Department of Urology in the third Xiamen Hospital,Fujian Province from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received humanistic nursing care,and the postoperative recovery time,sleep quality,pain degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of anal exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group before nursing were similar to those in the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was similar to that of the control group before surgery(P>0.05).The VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group at 6,12 and 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care and nursing intervention can shorten postoperative rehabilitation time,improve postoperative sleep quality,reduce postoperative pain and enhance nursing satisfaction.
