摘要
目的:分析人性化干预模式改善急诊科患者睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2021年10月至2023年11月厦门市中医院收治的急诊患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行常规+人性化干预护理,比较2组间心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分及睡眠质量。结果:干预后与对照组比较,观察组CD-RISC评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSQI评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化干预模式在急诊科患者护理中能显著提升患者睡眠质量,提高患者心理韧性,综合性护理效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized intervention model on improving the sleep quality of emergency department patients.Methods:The study selected 80 patients admitted to the emergency department of Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to November 2023 as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups by digital drawing:a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(conventional+humanized intervention),with 40 patients in each group.The scores of the Inter group Resilience Inventory(CD-RISC),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI),and sleep quality were compared.Results:After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher CD-RISC score(P<0.05)and a lower PSQI score(P<0.05);the sleep quality of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanized intervention model can significantly improve the sleep quality and psychological resilience of patients in emergency department nursing,and the comprehensive nursing effect is significant.
